UCB Radio Hour Heating Up

I know I haven’t been posting much lately. Busy work and busy life with 2 kids is taking up all of my time. I also have been trying to prepare for the 5k so I don’t completely get smoked by Dustin (Mr. 10 mile) or Michael (Mr. I work out 3 times a week).
